2022 CDS Training Level Reserve Champion with 75.86% at the Annual Show in LA Scoring over 80% at his first show away from home A diamond starting to sparkle! In 2022, at his first show away from home, he received over 80% at Training Level! From his first trip to the California State Championship in LA, he brought home a Reserve State Championship at Training Level. With the start of the 2023 show season, Moricello made the move to First Level. Consistently scoring in the 70+% range with a high of 77.5% has proven how that the judges also see a top talent in this bay gelding. Long legged, forward thinking and easy to train, Moricello N is the full package for an ambitious Dressage rider. The gelding was bred and raised here at CNDC out of our proven dam Dynamica. His half-sister Ravenna N won the CDS Intermediate 1 Championship at the 2022 California State Championship. Other offspring by Dynamica have also already made a name for themselves in the Dressage arenas across the West Coast. Moricellos's sire, Morricone, is the winner of his stallion testing with a final score of 9.33, a 9 for trot and canter and a 10 for his walk. The stallion is now successfully competing at Grad Prix and his offspring are thought after at the European auctions, like the four-year-olds Mister Universe and Movie Star, bringing in prices of 340,000 Euros and 250,000 Euros respectively. Morricone, winner of his stallion testing with a final score of 9,33, a 9 for trot and canter and a 10 for the walk. His character, temperament, and willingness to perform were praised with scores of 9.5 and 9.0. In his show career Morricone is now successful at Grand Prix. Many of his offsprings are very thought after at the European auctions, two highest priced 4 year olds, Mister Universe selling for 340000.- Euro and Movie Star for 250.000,- Euro. |
